Winch Mount 2002 Wrangler on Rampage Bumper? - xrc8 winch problems

I bought a front bumper and a winch to confuse my Smittybilt xrc8 Wrangler 2002nd The bumper does not come with a winch mount for the lathe or fairlead. Well, I can buy a plate or a special need for this combination of winch bumper. Tower 10x4.5 standard mounting. Any solution would help a lot. Thank you.
