I want to buy a cheap pocket-sized book calorie counter. These books give you a huge list of foods and the quantity (in terms of calories, and found a lot of carbohydrates, lipids, etc.) are in them. I wish lists of food chains and fast food restaurants. All proposals, what is the best?
